1. After installation, please connect your PC to NJU network directly and make sure the network connection is normal. (Do not use self-made router.)
2. Adjust the PC to the current time zone, date and time. (Note: The system has to be set up for Beijing time zone and its time should not differ from the Beijing time for more than 5 minutes.)
3. Download the software’s activation program to your PC and right-click “Run as an administrator.”
4. Follow the command-line window prompt, enter the software’s serial number, click “Return” and waiting for the computer to complete the activation.
Your PC will be connected to the university server for activation validation once every six months after the initial installation of the Microsoft Windows system and Office client application.
Note: On the Mac system, you may download the software Office for the Mac from this website and directly install it without activation.
