Lost Cards      

If you have lost your campus card and want to be issued a new one, you should first report the loss on the self-service multimedia terminal or iNJU1902 Wechat service platform and then go to ITSC on Xianlin Campus or Comprehensive Service Hall on Gulou Campus with your valid ID to have a new card issued. If you designate another person to have your new card issued, this person should also produce his or her ID at the center. The cost for card replacement is 20 yuan.

Damaged Cards

If your campus card is damaged, you do not need to report the loss, but you should go to ITSC on Xianlin Campus or Comprehensive Service Hall on Gulou Campus with your damaged card and your valid ID to have a new card issued. If you designate another person to have your new card issued, this person should also produce his or her ID at the center. The cost for card replacement is 20 yuan.

Malfunctioning Cards

If your campus card is not working properly within one month after its issuance or replacement:

(1) The replacement fee will be waived after Campus Card Service Center decides that there is no bending, wear, tear or other damages.

(2) You have to pay 20 yuan for replacement if the malfunctioning is caused by damage due to your improper care.
