Campus cards for  International Students 

The Institute for International   Students submits the information of new students to ITSC through the OA system every July. It applies for campus cards for all   undergraduate students. The masters and Ph.D. students should apply for campus   cards on their own at the Campus Card Services Counter.

For students who are enrolled   after the registration in September, the school also submits the student information   to ITSC through the OA system, but the students   themselves should obtain their campus cards at the Campus Card Services Counter.   

For students who are enrolled   after the program begins, the school submits the student information to ITSC through the OA system, but the students themselves should obtain their   campus cards at the Campus Card Services Counter.
