Real names are required when using mailboxes.
It is prohibited to let any others use the student’s private mailbox under all circumstances. The account number and corresponding password of the mailbox shall be kept to the user himself or herself.
The users of the mailboxes must abide by the relevant Chinese laws, regulations and school regulations, and they will bear full legal responsibility for the use of their own mailboxes.
In the case of suspicion that a mailbox might have been stolen or be used in ways that may potentially endanger the system or network, ITSC has the right to suspend the use of the mailbox.
